Hotel Reservations Terms and Conditions

Deposits and Cancellations
A non-refundable deposit of one night’s room rate will confirm your reservation.   Minimum Stays Apply.

Summer Season (May 1, 2008 to November 26, 2008)
The balance for your stay will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival full amount non-refundable.

Winter Season (November 27,  2008 to April 30, 2009)
The balance for your stay is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 45 days full amount non-refundable.

Holiday Season (December 20, 2008 to January 4, 2009)
The balance for your stay is automatically charged 90 days prior to arrival. If cancelled within 90 days of arrival full amount non-refundable.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $200 for Lodge Rooms, Studios Suites and One Bedrooms is required at check-in. Two Bedroom Suites require a $500 security deposit and the Three Bedroom and Three Bedroom and Den Penthouses require a $1000.00 security deposit upon arrival. Cheques are not accepted. Security Deposits paid in cash will be issued a refund by cheque four to six weeks after departure.

Extra Person Charge
Children under 18 staying with their parents stay free
$20.00 plus taxes per person per night

Parking
$12.00 per night, per vehicle (payable on-site only through private company)

Arrivals and Departures
Your property will be ready for your arrival by 4pm
Please prepare to depart your property no later than 11am

Housekeeping
We are pleased to offer complimentary fresh towels daily, if you are staying 8 nights or longer we provide a complimentary mid stay clean and beds will be made with fresh linens.

Miscellaneous
All guests staying in the property must be over 25 years of age, unless traveling with parents or guardians.
A charge of $25.00 will be applied for use of more than two credit cards for payment of each reservation.                                                                                                                                                                  
All of our properties are non-smoking

Minimum Stays Apply
We ask that you please leave your pets at home.

Limit of Liability
Wildflower Lodging Company acts as an agent for property owners and accepts no liability on their behalf. Wildflower Lodging Company reserves the right to transfer guests to an equivalent accommodation at its discretion, if the reserved property becomes unavailable. Availability of certain properties may change, prior notification may not be possible. Wildflower reserves the right to refuse or interrupt service to any customer due to excessive noise or property abuse.
